I think this is a good time to find out how fit and healthy you EoFF'ers are! And if some of you guys ain't too fit and healthy, then maybe this Thread can inspire you to be!
How much exercise do you do per week (or month) and what kind of exercise do you guys do? I do tons of sit-ups every single morning of the week (nice way to keep a flat tummy). About 3-4 times a week I'll go jogging for an hour and half. I'll also do tons of press-ups about 3 times a week (although they really hurt your arms after a while). And thats it. I don't go to a gym or anything, soooooo, uhh, yeah! I am pretty fit and slender with a nice body.
What about you guys?
Edit: Oh! After reading some of the Posts below, I should add that going for walks, doing serious housework and that kinda stuff also counts as good exercise![]()
