after doin legato exercises on my guitar for a while...i get tired get somethin to eat and then....whatever....i have incredibly strong forearms due to my guitar technique practice....and i dont even notice im doin it....
try walkin backwards to school.....and in the wrong direction..hahahahahahahahahaha...school is borin...dont give them the satisfaction of bein there on time or doin homework or whatever....Riding my bike to class everyday
Biking is probably what burns the most calories out of the things I do. Ju Jitsu will probably take it's place when I start up again with that.
