I know exactly what to do when im in a bad mood. I find a nearby tree, and try to walk through it. If the tree resists, I beat it up til it gives in.

If it's really bad I just want to be left alone for a while and then I'm fine. Minor anger and I do the whole bottle it up thing until it goes away. Yay, healthy reactions!

I usually punch something. It got me in trouble yesterday because I got sent to the Principal. :\
I also punched my monitor and it completely broke.
