    Ahem...I wake up. Turn off the alarm. Go back to sleep, then wake up an hour later. The second time I wake up, I force myself out of bed by literally chucking myself off and tumbling to the ground. I then shower, and get partially dressed. When I have time I have breakfast and a nice cuppa tea. If I don't, I don't. Next is teeth brushing time. Finally I put on the rest of my clothes, do my hair, and leave.
