I dun have internet until I was 17.![]()
Since I started using the internet regularly about three years ago I haven't been away from it very much. Maybe somewhere between two weeks and a month.
When I got home a few days ago the internet was out for two hours...those were the worst two of my life...LOLz
Probably two months. It feels good to take time off from the net. By the time you get back everything feels all new and fresh, especially here on eoff.
Hm I went without one for 6 months, but that was a long time ago. Probably when I went to France, I probably went without one for 11 days, I'm not counting that 5 minutes I took to email everyone that I was still alive. They have some pretty trippy keyboards in France.
Probably about 3 months. I hate being gone for long periods of time. When I try to return everything is just so cold and alien, and it's really tough to get my groove back.
When I first started posting at EoFF (which, ironically, was the first time I started to use the Internet), I only had access to it via the computers at my local Library. I experienced withdrawl symptoms almost every night.
More recently, I lost my 'Net access for a week when my Family dragged me on holiday with them. I nearly went insane.

uninhabited, hostile and meaningless universe. Still, you've got to laugh, haven't you?"
I'm not really sure, could have been a day or so. If I didn't have internet at home, I'd have it at school and so on. I do understand it's difficult to be away, though, especially if you're accustomed to it. Checking email, reading the news, college assignments, games, tv, talking to friends, all of these being done on the internet... it's almost scary.
Edit: after reading Rainecloud's post, I think the reason I dislike going on vacation is because of the internet. Sure, there's internet access at every hotel... but it still won't be on my home PC. ;'(
This can be cured by crabbing an ethernet cable (cat6 for better speeds) and sticking a needle onto the RJ45 connector. Grab your index and middle finger, and tap the inside of your elbow to creat inflamation of veins. Stick needle into vein, and tape down. You are not an internet addict, and weill enver have to log out.
Oh by the way, you don't know kung fu, ass.
I have never left the net, Al Gore invented me right after he invented the net.
Bah, emo tears over a few days without the Internet. I've not had Internet in my house for almost two years. I have to use my college's Internet. I've been wanting to move out for a long time though, so if it does ever come to that anytime soon, well...
3 months...On national service...

2 weeks for me. I didn't have any funds for the internet cafe at the hotel (read: I couldn't find it)

Completely without internet at all: one month (8 years ago xD).
However, I've gone for months without using the internet for anything but homework (no EoFF/other message boards, no IMing, etc.).
