In my underwear. I've tried it naked a couple of times but I... it's not very comfortable. From time-to-time I'll sleep fully clothed, because I'm too lazy to get changed; however, I usually always end up regretting that.

i think he means that if you don't take your clothes off at night, that you keep wearing them after you wake up too.

EDIT: I just realised, I haven't actually posted an answer. I alternate between naked (boxers etc get tangled in my balls and it's reeeeaaally uncomfortable in the morning), and....no wait. Yeah just naked.

Depending on the weather, really. Sometimes I prefer to where absolutely nothing, this includes during the winter as well! I also tend to sleep using a fan, every single night, no matter how cold it is. Maybe I'm strange, but I seem to sleep better with a cold breeze on me with tons of blankets.

Times I wear clothes can vary, if theres company, then of course I will, and if I'm at a friends house, or a relative, or even a hotel with other people, I would of course not sleep naked.
