    I use my wrist. Since I don't use the regular hand placement. I micro with one hand.

    Thumb=Alt
    Index=S
    Middle=E
    Ring=R/T
    Pinkie=Y

    That way, it's convienient when I'm doing something else. I'm always angled to a TV to my left. So...
