X-Men
Alright so this doesn't actually have much to do with the comic/cartoon/movie etc, but something from them. So I was watching one of the movies the other day and thought that this would make a neat topic on a thread.
What if a small percentage of people actually started mutating into something almost unhuman? How would you feel about that, would you accept them, or try to avoid/get rid of them?
We already have a mutant here.
Personally, I would accept them. Society would probably find them to be dangerous and put them all on an island somewhere, or worse, mass genocide.
I'd want to be their bestest friend

Society would never accept mutants. They would try to 'help' them. Then we'd totally have sick ghey ass Shoden on anyone who's a government offical.

Humans would try to destroy them. As they cannot control them.
I wonder what Neanderthal thought when he saw Cro-Magnon for the first time. I would have liked to have been there.

A small percentage of the mutated people would probably try to use their powers to hurt/kill people. This would lead the public and government to hate all of the mutated people, and would take action against them, either by killing them or imprisoning them.
I don't think the world could cope with them. =/

Personally be friend them, so if I ever got in trouble they'd protect me hehe
I would work harder to surpass them. I dont like competition i cant beat
