A fun title is always cool
A random and/or fun title is good - but it's also nice when it actually has something to do with the topic.

I like it if the title has something to do with the topic, so you'll get a good idea of what the thread may be about even before reading the thread. On birthday threads, though, I like seeing a funny and maybe even random topic, so it will be more of a surprise that it's a birthday thread.

I like when people use lyrics, or titles from songs in their titles and it goes along with the topic of the thread.
I like it when Devil Man writes the Topic Title.
His are easily the best Topic Titles

I hate Topic Titles that try and be funny... because usually they are not.
And I despise Topic Titles with bad spelling.
