Editing posts

I still don't get why it appears sometimes and not others though..

I think the "Reason" only appears if you edit it after someone's read your post.

Also why do you have to give a reason when deleating a post. Whos going to read it, as the post is being deleated.

So that we who see deleted posts know why.
