Most normal member is kind of like the most average member. Someone that doesn't stand out.

The most improved member is the member that has improved the most on EoFF.

Yeah, the person who you see as having improved the most since they registered (or just during the past six months) and the person you feel is the most 'normal' or non-eccentric (ie, not an unusual member in any way).
