    Default Brd Subjob Options :D

Ok, i am now starting brd and have made it to lvl 12 ! YAY !

I was wondering what would be the best Sub for a Taru Brd this lvl ? I have been using Whm, but i don't think i will really need that sub any longer and am thinking of switching ... but very undecided as to which one would be the absolute best

Can you help me out ?

    Please and thankyou

Chuck Noblet: Can anyone tell me the tragic irony of the Trojan War? Tina? Tina: Um, that horses are friendly creatures yet a hollow, wooden one was used to destroy Troy? Chuck Noblet: Wrong and no. Anyone else? Chip? Chip: That the mighty warrior Achilles was killed by a small cut to his ankle. Chuck Noblet: Chip is wronger. OK, here it is. The tragic irony of the Trojan War is that though it was fought over Helen, who was young and beautiful, by the time they rescued her ten years later, she was old and ugly. Tina: But wasn't recovering the king's wife reward enough for the Greeks? Chuck Noblet: Tina, an ugly woman is never a reward.

Stick to /WHM. It's BRD's best sub in most exp. party situations. It's always useful to have someone who can throw out a poisona or blindna while the main healer focuses on healing.

All the bard's I've ever seen have subbed WHM. Works good as some emergency healing. The role of bards doesn't really take advantage of the traits that the other subjobs give, at least at lower levels.

With BRD/WHM you'll never get lack of invites, at least.

The benefits of WHM sub far outweight the benefits of any other job. Having -na spells and curagas is a pretty big deal.

Or you could sub THF, which one notoriously bad member used to say was the best -- of course he's gone now. XD

    Nah, stick with WHM.

Agreed. In almost every party I've been into, there's always a BRD/WHM. They are really useful in battle

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

BRD/WHM and RDM/WHM is the greatest combination ever. Double ballad and refresh is wicked.

At 75 I use BRD/NIN almost exclusively. It's the best way to go for merit PTs. I also do quite a bit of tanking as BRD/NIN.

Me tanking Garuda (duoing with my wife for a friend)

Tanking one of the ZM5 mobs. Poor PLD couldn't voke off of me to save his life.
