Have you ever noticed how "Your mom!" can punctuate any statement?
"I went to the grocery store to pick up some cucumbers, but your mom bought them all."
"If Hitler had had his way, he would have blown up the entire world, but luckily your mom thwarted his plans.
or:
I was going to smurf your mom, but your mom convinced me that it wasn't a good idea.

Around our circle we typically go with "your face" 'cause we like each others moms. But "your mom" is also definitely in the vocabulary.
My Mom is on myspace. I talk to her there more than on the phone.

Jokes about one's mom are never funny..
Well, I know this kid that changes anything negative said about him into something about that person's mom. Like this:
Boy1- 'Your so idiotic, man.'
Boy2- 'Pfft, your mom's idiotic.'
Its a little stupid. A great comeback though. Unless you like that person's mom. Or if that person doesnt have a mother. That would make it pretty offensive.

I think people who say that are quite childish and lack basic vocabulary.
Some mums are pretty hot, imo.
