Photoshop CS2.I make alot of wallpapers, and I've made a few decent sigs. I'm not as good as Fire_Emblem, though.

I use paint by compiling a bunch of pictures for my theme and there you go. I think they look better than most Photoshop signatures. Most of those signatures look like a screen shot from a grainy PS1 game.
I imagine the emptiness of space.
If I'm in the mood, I'll use Adobe Photoshop to make a decent sig.
Right now, I'm happy with my sprite army.

I use photoshop and I have no photoshop abilities whatsoever. I only know how to resize images and put text on them. I should try...practicing sometime.

On Laptop MS Paint lol like me set right now is MS Paint
I use MS paint to make images from scratch and occasionally Photoshop or ImageReady to edit them
my sig is sevral images from a website though
