I'm going with groin for this. Child-birth's a bitch, and hurts for a long time. But I think a good kick to the bollocks hurts more for that instant. Also, if it's hard enough, the pain lingers for a good day or so.
Well I've never experienced childbirth, but I'm sure that's more painful, considering it's drawn out over a period of time.
Then again, the results of childbirth are better than the results of groin-kick, in fact, that does the opposite in some cases XXDD
So I guess it depends on what you mean by pain :P

Also I am told that getting hit in the crotch does hurt for girls. Actually, getting hit in the boob, I am told, hurts like hell.
punching or squeezing a womans breasts too hard apparently can cause breast cancer...this was told to me by Tinker's, that would explain the body armour in womens boxing.
Getting hit in the breasts hurts really bad. And it's not just for a few seconds, also getting hit down there hurts for girls too
