I don't believe so, unless it's in a sidequest or something. I've completed the game, and I never ran into them again.
I don't even remember them. Are those the Bangaa from the mines?

(SPOILER)Montblanc had a plan to post a hunt in a remote location because he thought that would lure the 'hunter hunter' out. The fact that Ba'gammnon (sp?) was actually after Balthier was unknown to Montblanc, it was just a coincidence. Although it is never directly stated, it is my assumption that Ba'gammnon (again, sp?) had heard Balthier was going out on hunts with the party, and was stalking hunters trying to ambush him, but who knows?
Use spoiler tags, true_bacon22, clearly many people here have not gotten to that part in the game yet.
