Best Final Fantasy Trailer EVER! (gives me chills)
Alright. I was kinda FF-crazy one day and descided to look up all the origanal trailers for the game. I found the one for X and it gave me chills! The one for XII is alright but this one is just SO amazing!!! AHHHH!!!!!

i agree it's really good but it's fanmade isn't it? i thought it was official at first.

I don't know, but I think this fanmade trailer is better than the ones poosted above.
The fanmade trailer is bland. Audio doesn't sync with onscreen.
A few action clips and choral music does not make an awesome trailer.

There are several reasons:
First, there are a lot more fans than there are game designers. You'd be surprised how many bad fanvids there are out there. Far more than there are good ones.
Second, game designers have to respect copyright laws. That music did not belong to them, so using it would be far more difficult for them than it would be for a fan.
Third, game designers must respect the laws of time. IIRC, that music is from the new "Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", which came out after FFX. Again, that makes using it difficult.
Fourth, the designers of the trailers are more restricted as to what they can put in. There are undoubtedly some scenes which they simply would not be allowed to put in a trailer. Fans, on the other hand, have seen the entire game, can mix and match whatever they want with no regards for what their bosses might think about their choices.
It sucks, but fans have a lot more flexibility in designing their trailers than the big companies do. Square Enix may have the resources to make some nice ones, but it's hard to compete with a hundred thousand fan vids.

I definatly prefered the unofficial trailer to the official one. Creepier and more exciting
