Yeah I noticed that, I was figuring the clothes would get more see-through after that but they didn't.
did anyone else notice Sauron wears the ring outside his armour when logically it would be worn inside to have skin contact?
Maiar don't wear actual armor. It is merely the guise of the Dark Lord as Aulendil has deemed fit (after drowning of Numenor). The Ring must be visible, otherwise, it has no degenerative aura on the enemy forces.
