Young people like the funny loveable people ( In short, you love them that you could hug them all day)

(Won't say old) Adults like the quiet type. As people get older, they become less active (Side effect of being old) and don't like loud in your face people (Like Vaan. No offence vaan fans)

This may be why Old"er" People may not like kids as much.
