You fail to mention Final Fantasy X-2 + Last Mission, the various remakes of some games and different localisations (NTSC-J, NTSC-NA, PAL, NTSC-J "International" version if applicable), and, since you're also listing movies, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm.
That's quite a bit you still haven't done yet...
Oh! And demo's. Have you completed the demos?
And soundtracks! Do you have the OST's, and all official arrangements, of each game! That is afterall, something to do with Final Fantasy!
