i've e mailed them....here's my situation: my xbox was having problems a while ago, so i e mailed them...they tried to help me and it seemed to fix my problems for a bit, but then it started again, and at that point i was passed warranty. since i was passed warranty i went to a local computer store and got them to take a look at it...they seemed to fix it temporarily, but still it eventually broke down on me. since it was passed warranty at that point i don't see how they can deny my claim as now the warranty is back on....it's not my fault i broke the seal to try and fix it since it was past warranty...but knowing company policies i'm most likely screwed....will keep you guys updated
