Fisherman's Horizon (from FFVIII) on the piano is especially lovely. I also like the Daguerreo song (from FFIX) on piano.

To be frank, with the exception of the Minute Waltz I've never liked piano music, so I've not listened to any of the piano collections.

I love the piano collections, I have them all and love them all! I just recently obtained the Final Fantasy XI piano collections and it is so awesome. Federation of Windurst and Moblin Menagerie - Movalpolos are just so awesome.

Other than that, I really like Tina, Kefka, Fighting, Melodies of Life, Final battle... ugh, too many to list!

Is that because you're a fan of Just a Minute? Though really, it's worth giving some of the songs a listen just because they're really great. Even if you only listen to Fisherman's Horizon or the Esthar Theme or something.
