With Eevee's vote we have a tie now between Kadabra and Squirtle.

Squirtle: 5 - Charmander, Vulpix, Snorlax, Kadabra, Eevee
Snorlax: 1 - Hypno (Forgot about this one last time, my mistake)
Clefairy: 1 - Squirtle
Psyduck: 1 - Oddish

uh-oh... Isn't it true that if you have a tie they both die? In that case I think somebody should back down and let Kadabra die instead.(reason bieng it is more likely that Kadabra is a werewolf than squirtle)

I find it less likely that squirtle is a werewolf just because he points fingers at people without reasons, than myself bieng an insane/paranoid cop.
