~Gamer 4 Life!!!! ^-^~
Depends on the subject. If it's EoEO talking about robot rights I'll read every post. If it's GenChat talking about weiner dogs I'll skim for anything amusing but otherwise read OP and the last couple of posts.
Actually, this is valid advice. Personally, I prefer to keep my posts-per-age at 100 because I prefer scrolling to clicking. Plus it's easier to glance through and find the sigs/avatars of people whom I find witty/interesting. Not that I know anyone here yet, but I'm working on it.
Right now I'm a bit daunted by the speed at which everyone posts more than anything.
It can be a bit of gloomy face experience. But I usually do it without too much sighing. I think most people on the forum say interesting things, so it's usually fun in the endAlthough after I post I usually don't read anymore for fear someone has quoted me and pointed out how retarded I am (I like to hide from the facts!). And I will now whoosh my cape and never return to this thread either!
If it's mandatory for me to read it the most efficient things to do is to scan for people I like reading the posts of (milf, you, mine) or giant quote pyramids as they summarize the conversation.
Ctrl+F to find what I need and move on![]()
I usually cba with threads over like 3 pages because everything that could be said has probably been said already. Other than that I already only read posts by people I care about most of the time as it is already, even if there are only 7 posts in a thread or whatever. Selective viewing ftw
only respond to the OP. you cant go wrong if you say what youre responding too.
Polaris is the master of all sig-making!
If I can't be assed to read a whole thread, I just don't reply to it.
