It's a lot like our old ones, I'll make a site later.
But we start off in 2-4 tribes, depending on the number of people. By competing in challenges, you receive reward and/or immunity. Reward can be anything, in most cases, Exile Island, where you cannot strategize with your tribe. If your tribe has immunity, you do NOT have to vote someone out. Period.
When we reach 10 people, the tribes become one. This is called a merge. At the merge, rewards and immunity only serve one person, except for some rewards, which more than one can benefit at this stage. The people voted out in the merge create a jury, who will watch the game and decide which of the final two or three wins, usually by playing a better game. And I might mail a prize to the winner.
