The thing is, I'm not so sure Microsoft even paid the big bucks for Final Fantasy XIII. If this happened three years ago, it'd be obvious they had. But their strategy is obviously to reach a larger audience in the west to support what must be a massively expensive game, and they'll certainly accomplish that this way. This may not be another scenario like they had with Rockstar for the GTA content. Either way, it's rather irrelevant, but it would be interesting to know what kind of dealings there were leading up to this.

Also, any more system wars nonsense from this point forward is going to get deleted, even if it makes the leftover discussion nonsensical. Seriously, keep that skullskullskullskull out of this thread or gtfo.
