I move for future games a cop should not be allowed to investigate themselve.
I don't even remember if it happened in this game or not, but that's hardly the point. I mean How the hell is someone going to get Guilty on a Self Investigation, when they know for a fact they are innocent?
Just a personal issue there.
It happened twice in this game. Both Hagrid and Draco investigated themself.
And apparently logic is not necessarily always carried over to Mafia games from real life.
Investigating oneself shows if you are insane, paranoid or normal/naive.

But my issue is that it doesn't make sense. I don't care how paranoid you are, you will NOT think that you are scum if you are not.

Unless he believes that he has a second persoanlity that does bad things at night he doesn't know about, a cop should NEVER come to the conclusion that he is scum, regardless of what kind of cop he is.
Yeah, but it's not like it says in the role PM, "You're the Insane Cop, so if you get a guilty result tonight, don't go running into the thread telling everyone you know who the mafia is. Because you don't."

Well having records on everyone's role but only checking one per night doesn't make much sense either.
