Black Hole Bombs work too. Fire it in front of you and instantly detonate it. As you run forward, they run straight into it.

Meant to quote you, but grabbed the wrong post. This was in reference to the "dark" Mega Men in Plugman's stage.

In regards to the scissors, Black Hole Bomb again. Its such a practical weapon.
