Well you see, down here it's spelled 'shwmae'
I think I've been to Bangor.
Yeah, it mostly is up here too, but for some reason in Bangor the version with an i on the end has caught on. Particularly in teenagers for some reason. Possibly a text-speak phenomenon?
I guess 'shwmae' is more gramatically correct.
