Everytime I try to download a file from Rapidshare, I get an error stating:
"Your IP address xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is already downloading a file. Please wait until the download is completed."
Problem is, I'm NOT downloading a file.
Any help for this problem?

I've had the same problem with Megaupload. I'm guessing you use firefox (or IE) and you pushed the download button once, but never got the popup window asking you to choose a file destination? And then anytime after that, this error happened?

It was solved for me by closing all internet windows, going to task manager and closing all firefox.exe (or iexplorer.exe) processes, then retried.
