I am willing to move for;

- decent weather
- attractive women
- easy access to football
- alcohol

So you're moving to Spain, are you? Or Brazil?

Attractive women are luckily found all over the world, and alcohol in almost all parts of the world. Probably best avoid Arabian countries for the alcohol bit, though, just to be sure. So your key areas are football and weather. Well, if you want football of the higher standards, you're looking to Europe and South America. If you're looking for decent weather, you're looking at the Mediterranean, really. Spain and Italy have the highest standards of football there. If you're looking for an English speaking nation then you'll have to sacrifice either the quality of football you'll be able to watch of the quality of weather you expect to find. If anything, you could arguably consider moving to Cornwall, where the weather is pretty decent by English standards, so I'm told. The only girl I've known to live in Cornwall is Chaos (EoFF) who is of the attractive variety, likes to get drunk and you'll still be within travelling distance to good football matches, notably not too far from Manchester (not nearly as far as Spain is, anyway).

On the flipside, you could move to a buttload of places such as NZ, America or Aussie if you consider that you could become a pro footballer in any of those locations just by saying "I'm from Europe!".

Again, this only applies to downstate New York. I know nothing about upstate New York except that it's mostly forests and mountains and it's grinding up on Canada.

We have extremely bipolar weather. Especially in the spring and autumn, it's not uncommon to have a nice 75º and sunny day followed by a snowstorm.

In all sincerity, you should probably move to Canada or Eastern United States. Canada is known around the world for its very kind and tolerant people, and crime there is good.

If you want to go to the United States, you should probably go to New England or something. Boston has a very large Irish population if you want to fit in more as well as a great music scene, but places like Vermont have very little crime (plus it's absolutely beautiful). Plus you get away from some of the uberconervatives that populate the more southern states.

And Irishmen are adored in America. You will have no problem getting a girl. Many Americans have Irish ancestry and the Irish are very well-liked in America for the most part.
