After reading some thread or another, I saw the word 'village'. Seeing this word I automatically knew this poster was not from the USA.

According to Wiki a village is a community that is unincorporated into a municipality. So it really isn't under any laws except state, I think... Clarification anyone?
Actually, Walbridge, Ohio - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia the place i just moved out of is considered a village, legally. It does have its own curfew laws, but besides that, I'm not sure.

My epiphany is that I'm only annoying to those that have their heads too far up their arses to see the light of day
