2 is wrong. FF V has the first Sequel actually, Legends of The Crystals. You are right if you mention a direct sequel that's a game though.

5 is wrong. In FF VIII GF's level up..

10 is also wrong. In X-2 the Mascot dressphere use dolls as well. Interesting to note that dolls were planned weapons for Relm in FF VI but were cut from the game during development.
