Well my first Palom avatar was smaller than 60 x 60.
That means I'm clean
The sig limit hasn't changed that much. I think it used to be something like 150pixels for height.
I'm not changing limits, though, just encouraging people to get into the spirit of your lovely event. :<3:

It was Stuffed Regis and Stuffed Unne (Unner?) when I was there. If there was one earlier, I don't know about it, but the point of my post was that Stuffed Regis/Unne was the exception to the avatar rule because he had a gigantic avatar.
