This what I was afraid of, and why I hate cults. Nothing that happens in the past means anything so we can just throw accusations out there willy nilly.

My gut feeling says Cao was one of the first recruits, but I haven't thought much about it because it makes my head hurt. My head hurts enough from trying to find the mafia and we don't even know if we've done that yet.

He hasn't been on the last few days so he might have no news. Back to Cao, since he is governer, even if he was cult, we can do nothing about it. He will just suspend the lynch.

Personally I don't trust them both. 8 vanillas? Yeah right. I don't trust Cao either. And Meng Huo has been helping him out for a while now. Ma Chao, well, he hasn't been doing himself much good.
