Selphie does have a voice, check out Kingdom Hearts.
yeah some of the voice on kingdom of hearts though are just down right terrible
I think that compared to most JRPG voice acting Kingdom Hearts was brilliant.

And I definitely think that not a single thing in all of KH was "down right terrible" D:<
