that dos look like a decent post ban possibly milled reciever. if it's a milled then that's worth some cash. Otherwise however, that is not atcually a AK-47 it's a AKM.

yeah the "real" AK-47 was made in the 40's and when they started mass producing them they changed it to the AKM which are mainly stamped recievers instead of milled out of a solid block. The milled receivers I beleive are still considered AKMs. The AKMs were then replaced with the AK-74 which fires a 5.56 nato round instead of the 7.62-39mm round that the AK47/AKM fire. I wish I could see the receiver better and tell you what exact make and model it is and probably the year it was made.

I've always prefered single shot rifles and handguns myself.

for rounds per minute and reliability you really can't go wrong with a AK. unless you get a cheap romanian or something like that. For pistols glock owns all.

Sig Sauers are nice but expensive. My favorite pistol is a G20 10mm. I wish they made a compact model but I only see standared and sub compact but IMO 10mm is the best pistol round. just too expensive. I have a little "saturday night special" Raven Arms MP-25 .25 auto. got it for $60. I had a American Classic 1911 but sold that.

$60 isn't bad at all.

what's your favorite weapon you've ever fired? Mine would have to be an M107 rifle
ONe shot, one tree that didn't deserve to be shot.
