Heroes & Villians Mafia XXII Game Thread: Day 3

At that point I did view Wolverine as more suspicious than Iron Man. Then if you scroll down, you'll see I then say "actually smurf Iron Man" or words to that effect when I looked over the thread and his posts.

You try and point out lack of solid proof on Wolverine's and Iron Mans posts as a reason to vote for them, when in my experience the hosts generally appoint smart people to the post of Mafia, not people who don't lay down their suspicions in concrete evidence.

Roles have always been assigned randomly though...?

I'm afraid I cannot answer this with yea or nea, as SD did the roles this time.

Anyway Spidey while you're here, what do you think of Iron Man and the points I have made? I'd like a second opinion. Same goes for anyone else out there actually.

Think his lack of evidence is pretty clear, but then you already know my thoughts on that.

I don't know if I want to change my vote to Thor to buy myself some time (That'd tie it up, right?) or just let myself die because I seriously do not want to play with Batman.

Mafia roles are always assigned, I have hosted a few myself and I always choose who gets to be Mafia, pretty sure thats always been the way its worked: Look at Mafia History Edition.

Gonna lay down the law: If you want the odd gimmick role to be assigned to a person, that's fine. If someone PMs you and says "I don't want to be mafia" or something, again, that is fine.

If you hand pick the entire town and mafia teams that's wrong, and I don't think you should be hosting a game of mafia on Eyes on FF. That's not how it's done here or should ever be done here because not only would it create the same old games with the same people being mafia, it's also being elitist and favouritist. End of.

Personally I would do this, let the game continue for a while and let others examine the facts I layed out.

And this "who would the hosts pick?" argument is proving my point entirely. I'm gonna have to raise some issues in the discussion thread after this game because I'm very disappointed right now.

Yeah its not fair, but that's just it though, it doesn't always work, look at the Game Villains edition: Mafia got screwed then so it doesn't always work like that. Also how is it being favouritist? Your acting like the Mafia always wins, you acting like "Oh that person is Mafia so they MUST be the hosts favourite people" its kinda silly tbh I honestly think that the Mafia game should be interesting and to do that the Mafia people must be able to hide in plain sight. Also thats why there are power rolls and other such things that town have on their side.

Your Honestly trying to say that were you the host you wouldn't want the game to be as interesting as it could possibly be? that has always been the thought in my mind when I have been host and assigned roles.
