Unless City build from the youth up, they won't dominate for long. They'll be the new Chelsea. Ruled for a couple seasons then everyone catches up once they fail to rebuild. You can't keep buying success you need to build from within. Personallt I hope the Arab Dawn destroys the Dubai millionaires fortunes but that may be wishful thinking.
