I forgot to make Tidus act less surprised at the idea that his father is a big fat ugly washed up sea creature.
Since I had Labor Day off I decided to get drunk Sunday night and play FFX for several hours. I made some pretty titty customized gear with some invaluable items. Oh yes I'll use my Underdog's Spirit to add Double Overdrive to Lulu's extremely useful Silencetouch weapon.
Tidus was turned on by Seymour's ugly ass aeon? He's even more smurfed up then I thought.
I did manage to beat the first Blitzball game a few days ago and I'll post a pic when I have the chance to play some more. I also made it to the Djose temple. I wish I didn't have to work so I could just plow through the game already. Sitting down and only playing for an hour or so at a time is killing me.

Yeah man i'm so glad this event is a month long cause i've been swamped with busy-ness! I'm still right before the operation.
Wakka is super bad ass now. I usually kind of stop using him after a certain point in the game. I mean he's useful enough and all, but I always end up using Auron, Lulu, and Tidus as my damage dealing trio. This time I bothered giving Wakka a bad ass weapon and boosted his strength a bit. Now his strength stat is even with Auron's, but Wakka has superior agility and evasion! Definitely a better partner to Tidus's abilities.

Mi'ihen was full of faces. For such a stupid desolate road, there were a trout load of people. Saw those Crusader dudes from Besaid. Apparently they're doing some big operation up ahead. Also met some guys called Chocobo Knights. I don't know man but something about those chocobos... I need to get one. There was this one guy who seemed to be useless and was always running behind the other two. Weirdo.
Also met some priest girl called Shelinda. Religion back home in Zanarkand doesn't like women. They're just for cooking, making babies and cheering at blitz games, aren't they? Oh well, I like a woman with a bit of spunk, and I especially like a woman who can summon magic furry monsters.
We're in this place called Rin's Travel Agency now. I wouldn't really want to travel here though. He's also an Al Bhed. I wonder why Wakka hasn't tried to kill him yet. Anyway, he's teaching me to read these random Al Bhed books I've found lying around. The language is retarded. Helly do sad wee? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. smurf. I'm going outside, Yuna is watching the sunset and I reckon now's a good chance to pull a move.

Why does seymour get sphere grid points after the battle? That made me think he was going to joint he party later when i first played. Also sin just smurfed everyone's trout up and seymour smurfed that sinspawn's trout up.
It was probably easier to make him behave like a regular character during battle than to specifically keep him separate. Object oriented programming and inheritance and all of that. Plus they might have liked faking people out. "You thought he would join you? Surprise! He's actually a giant dick. You're welcome."
For the very first time I beat Yunalesca without having to resort to a last minute gil toss! I could go fight Sin right now if I wanted o:
Long overdue update:
Auroch's won. I'm actually at Guadosalam now and about to go to the Farplane.
My computer upgrade also went off without a hitch (probably the first time ever) and performance in PCSX2 is quite improved. Looking forward to playing more of that and other games now.
I beat it!!! Maybe I'll go back for sidequests.
Out of curiosity, why was FFX chosen for the Eyeson Plays? o:
