My best accomplishments come from collaborations. There is something to be said of individual talents, but I believe there can be something greater accomplished when heads come together and creative juices mix. Think alchemy. No, think Triple Raid.
Despite initial misgivings, I have built friendships with others and learned how dependable (or not) people can be. Also learned is the fact that friends can make up for things I might lack (still debating this point), thus covering each other's bases. Without friends and partners, great things can be accomplished, but like the loot in Borderlands 2, things only get better when more people are around.
Nothing has made me more sure of this ideal than Eyes on Final Fantasy. I have been here years and have seen it go through a lot of changes and seen a lot of faces. Individuals have come and gone, and that is a shame (shout out to my bro Tempest), but it is when the individuals have come together and made a community that this place has shined. My twelfth anniversary is coming up soon, and all this time, haters have hated, and detractors have detracted, but I still think this place is a gem. How has it lasted so long?
All I can think is it is because of you guys. Thank you for rocking my world. Now let us sexxor up some more newbs.
