    Add mini M&Ms to the batter. The net result is delicious.

    Also, the International House of Pancakes is a wonderful establishment. Strawberries and whipped creme, extra hash browns.

    In Sweden today is known as "fat tuesday" upon which we devour these bad boys, aka "whipped cream wrapped in a few carbs". I prefer pancake day and will be celebrating that next year instead.
