Sour cream and onion. The best thing about pringles is seeing how many you can fit in your mouth and then that small rush of panic when you think you've overdone it and this time you'll surely choke on delicious crumbs.

In NZ, they had these properly hot spicy chilli type ones that were amazing, but they don't sell them over here anymore. At least, I haven't seen them being sold for ages, anyway.
Sour Cream & Onion is my fave now, because of that.
I make too many games out of pringles, for my own entertainment. There's the normal "get it from your forehead to your mouth using only your face" game for when you have a bunch of relatively drunk people around as a simple/stupid/fun game (much better played with after eights), but when you're on your lonesome then you have to make do with trying to crack the entire edge of the pringle away with just three snaps. It's oddly difficult to end up with a middle piece bigger than a fingerprint.
Man, I wish I had some pringles now. I'm bored enough, I think.
