Well I was a young teen when KH1 came out...

Maybe I'll be a grandma in time for KH3.

As for my comment about them making HD releases, I still think it's all a bit pointless really, I wish they'd tell us more about KH3 than giving us news of another HD game that we were expecting anyway, and it's really just a way for them to cash in.

How do people keep forgetting there were so many games released in the meantime. And I mean real sequels, not just some silly spin-offs, but things that really influence the overarching storyline.

That being said, I'm surprised they're bundling this with coded instead of 3D. Mainly because coded really is just a silly side game with very little consequence in the grand scheme of things, but Dream Drop Distance was pretty damn important. They could have at least included the cutscenes, since there are some pretty crucial plot twists in there. They really do change a whole lot of what we know about the KH universe.

Still, it appears that owning a PS4 and a 3DS will be enough to enjoy the whole series thus far now. That's a nice step forward, since it's no longer five systems

I'm not forgetting, but I didn't own every console and handheld made in the last decade, so I couldn't play them all.

I never played the DS titles, but thanks to these HD collections I guess I don't have to.

Looks like I'll still be forced to get a 3DS for 3D though.
    I like Kung-Fu.

Thought they said BBS wouldn't be playable. Just cutscenes.
    Jack: How do you know?

Will: It's more of a feeling really.

Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?

    Will: No.

If Demolition Man were remade today

Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
    Huxley: NO!
    Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
    Spartan: But Huxley.
    Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.

By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.

Nope. The official site clearly states it's Final Mixes of both KH2 and BBS and only cutscenes from coded.

Cool, I own Re:coded, so... I gotta remember this.

I'm surprised so many people were hoping to see Dream Drop Distance in this release. After all, that game is still relatively new with up to date graphics. Though I can certainly see why people who want to play this on a console would be disappointed.

Since 1.5 had two full games, and then the cinematics from a game that was largely composed of mini-games, I figured 2.5 would follow suit and sure enough it does.

The simple reason is that 3D is actually relevant.
