I use my flat screen TV at home because it is easier for me to do. My laptop is my best piece of hardware by far so I just run an HDMI cable right into the TV, prop back on my couch and watch some internet stuff, game, or post!

I don't see what is so weird about it. Much better than sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time. Plus, although there is a good amount of physical work in my job, I also spend a lot of time at a computer. So when I get home, I rather be SUPER ULTRA COMFORTABLE!!

If I am not on my TV (99% of the time that means my laptop is out of my home with me), I am obviously using my laptop, which has a pretty big screen. I am happy with my set up, but I am sure someone is going to chastise me for not living my life exactly like theirs. So I'll say it right now: If you think I need a desktop computer as my main one, go right ahead and buy me one!
