Of course, in the original anime series, for some reason, Usagi spends the first 30 seconds of each episode recapping the story from episode 2 to episode 30 or so.

I was very happy with the quality of this episode. I know they're working on a really tight budget, but I have no complaints about this one. And I'm really excited for the Four Kings plot expansion.
I didn't mean this episode. The first two show him walking around the streets in a tuxedo with a medal pinned to it.
I don't think he really has control of what he's wearing when he transforms into Tuxedo Mask.
This isn't one of those things you're supposed to think about.
But he isn't transformed! He's just walking around wearing a tux like it's jeans and a t-shirt.
