I think the frog might have just been added for lulz, but that'd be hilarious. I'm wondering if it's possible for characters to get stepped on and instantly killed with all the giants in the game.
Frogger has to be a minigame if this happens.

I think it was just to show off how the environment works around something other than the characters. But that'd be awesome if we had more frogs!
I hope there's funny fights like Gilgamesh in FFXIV, where he turns you into a frog and his pet chicken runs after you and can one-shot you.

The frog is actually a prince who will turn back into a human once he is kissed by a princess. Unfortunately this never happens because every character in FFXV is male.
