Thank youThere's still a long way to go- he'll need another 2 or 3 sets of chemo and then possibly a bone marrow transplant to stop it returning, but right now, he is Leukaemia free and that is the best present of all. He came home for lunch today before going back to hosp later this avo. He was really emotional and kept saying he never thought he'd be back here at the house. He was desperate for me to cook him some steak (I make a mean steak), and although trying to surpress being sick nearly killed me and I'm now paying for it- I made it for him and he said it was incredible. So thankful.
