    Default Cheese, Queso, Fromage...delicious!

In an effort to expand my culinary palette a bit, I have decided to experiment with some of the "finer" cheeses. One of my favorite dishes lately has been chicken breast stuffed with Brie, Apple, and Cranberry, and let me tell you it is divine. So, the other night I decided to take a spin on making a Baked Brie...here are the results.

Anyone have cheese recipes they would like to share?

I believe it was Confucius who once said, "Gouda is good, but Chedder is better."

You're thinking of Abraham Lincoln. I would know, I read it on the internet.

My mom's cheese ball is to die for.. I've shared this many times. It makes a ton, and yes there's Velveeta in it, but the other cheeses kind of hide this fact.

I like making grilled cheese sammiches with mild cheddar, baby Swiss, and like provolone. With bacon, onion, and tomato. On whole wheat. So nommmmmmm.
