I'm going to say it straight out. Pumpkin, I would not recommend you to watch this, but you should give reading the books a shot. Based on your interests from what I remember, I'm probably going to say that you won't very likely enjoy this show. There's nothing kawaii cute about most of what's on the show (besides the direwolf pups from the first season). If you like what you read from the first book, yeah sure give watching the show a shot. Otherwise, just stick with the book if you intend to start.

Anyway, I've also never read / watched GoT and I'm not planning to. The adverts don't really interest me.
